Check out this version of one of Bad Dad’s favorite Bagger upgrades! Our Classic Series Tank is now available with a smooth custom body line for any 1993-2007 5-gallon Touring tank.

Bad Dad’s Classic Series Tank Shroud is a simple cover that installs over the top of your stock gas tank. The installation of the Tank Shroud completely eliminates the stress of having to pressure test and seal coat traditional aftermarket or hand stretched tanks. Additionally, almost no downtime is wasted while upgrading your Bagger’s appearance since the shroud does not even require removal of the factory tank.

Bad Dad’s stretched tank shroud is made from the same thick, rigid hand laid fiberglass for which we have become known. The shroud is finished in a blemish free gel coat that is ready for paint with the lightest surface prep.

Available for Road King, Street Glide, Electra Glide, Ultra Classic & Road Glide models using the OEM tank. Compatible with your OEM dash or one of Bad Dad’s custom dash panels. The OEM gas tank is not included; only shown here for installation & fitment reference.

Available for: the 5-gallon tanks found on the 1993-2007 Road King, Electra Glide, Street Glide, Ultra, and Road Glide models. Bad Dad will pre-trim the gas cap and gas gauge holes for your order if you select the “Road King” option from the dropdown menu below.

Seats: The Classic Series Tank Shroud is designed to be used with Bad Dad’s Bagger Seat. You can order your new tank designed for this seat option so your installation will require no cutting or trimming of the tank or seat. You can also order your new tank untrimmed if you want to use a different seat of your choice (modifications & fitment may vary for different seats).
