Bad Dad’s Competition Series Tank Shroud is a great way to add an entirely new level of styling to your Bagger project. The Competition Series Tank features a custom bodyline that flows smoothly into your motorcycle’s side cover. Combine this with a set of Bad Dad’s Competition Series Side Covers for the cleanest look.
Bad Dad’s Competition Series Tank Shroud is a simple cover that installs over the top of your stock gas tank. The installation of the Tank Shroud completely eliminates the stress of having to pressure test and seal coat traditional aftermarket or hand stretched tanks. Additionally, almost no downtime is wasted while upgrading your Bagger’s appearance since the shroud does not even require removal of the factory tank.
Bad Dad’s stretched tank shroud is made from the same thick, rigid hand laid fiberglass for which we have become known. The shroud is finished in a blemish free gel coat that is ready for paint with the lightest surface prep.
Available for 2008-2015 Road King, Street Glide, Electra Glide, Ultra Classic & Road Glide models using the OEM 6-gallon tank. Compatible with your OEM dash or one of Bad Dad’s custom dash panels. The OEM gas tank is not included; only shown here for installation & fitment reference.
Seats: The Competition Series Tank Shroud is designed to be used with Bad Dad’s Bagger Seat or Danny Gray’s Weekday Seat. You can order your new tank designed for these seat options so your installation will require no cutting or trimming of the tank or seat. You can also order your new tank untrimmed if you want to use a different seat of your choice (modifications & fitment may vary for different seats).
All of Bad Dad’s bagger gas tank products are proudly made in the USA.
Note: These photos are shown with Bad Dad’s Competition Series Dash, Pop-Up Gas Cap, and OEM gas tank. These items are sold separately and NOT INCLUDED.
