It is necessary to modify the chrome license plate bracket or rear grab bar that is found on the back of the Touring bikes when installing any of Bad Dad’s rear fenders. While the modification is relatively painless, we also offer this bracket to speed up the installation process. Rather than modifying the stock bracket, this replacement piece is a direct bolt-on that eliminates the need to modify the stocker.
